In short, on a Mac: open Terminal (press Command and Space, type Terminal, press Return), paste curl -fsSL https://holisticmusicacademy.com/thegrove/install-mac.sh | bash and press Return. On Windows: download Studio Link from The Grove, Extract All, double-click Start Studio Link, then More info and Run anyway.
