Turn your scattered projects into a world you actually want to open.
In two hours, live with me and Claude, you'll build your own AI command center: every project in one place, three clear priorities each day, and a link on every task. Then you take home the kit that turns it into a 3D world you can walk around in.
You don't need another to-do app. You need one you'll open.
Creative people rarely run one project. You make music, teach, run events, write, chase invoices. It all ends up scattered across notes, inboxes, spreadsheets and your head.
Ten tabs, no map
Every project lives somewhere different, so starting the day means hunting before doing.
Everything feels urgent
A list of 140 tasks doesn't tell you what matters today, so the important things slip.
Apps you abandon
Planners feel like homework. If it isn't beautiful and a little fun, you stop opening it.
One minute inside my command center
The HQ I open every morning, then a walk through Bloomuria, the 3D world it turns into.
I'm Robin. I had eight projects and frequent overwhelm.
I produce music as Bloomurian, run the Holistic Music Academy, mentor producers, organize Boulder Ecstatic Dance, help release a remix album and a label's catalog, and write a book. My to-dos lived everywhere.
So I sat down with Claude and built one place for all of it: a command center that tells me my three priorities for today, puts the right spreadsheet or email one click away, and tracks the money coming in.
Then I made it fun. Every project became a realm on an island I walk around as an elven wizard. Finishing a task lights up a castle window or makes a cactus flower. I open it every day now, which is the whole point.
Your projects, as places
Each project becomes a realm, and it changes as you make progress.
Build it live, in three moves
You follow along on your own computer. No coding, just clear prompts and a good conversation with Claude.
Gather
Pull every project out of your head, inbox and files, and let Claude sort them into clear realms with real next steps.
Build your command center
Today's three, quests with progress bars, a timeline, and a link on every task to the doc, sheet or email you need.
Bring it to life
Plug your projects into the 3D world kit, so your to-do list becomes a place you want to visit.

Good to know
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You'll talk to Claude in plain language, and I'll give you the exact prompts. If you can write an email, you can do this.
What do I need before we start?
A computer and Zoom. It helps to jot down your current projects beforehand, but we'll gather them together in the first part.
Will it work on a PC?
Yes. The command center and the 3D world run in a regular browser on Mac or PC.
What if I can't make it live?
Every registration includes the full replay and the starter kit, so you can build along whenever suits you.
Will I really leave with something finished?
Yes. The goal is that you close Zoom with your own working command center, with your real projects in it.
Can I get help setting it up afterwards?
Yes. Three of us offer private three-hour trainings after the workshop: Robin on advanced UI and gamified mechanics, Jordan on automating your everyday tasks, and John on back-end setup and security. See the 1-on-1 trainings.
Make your work a place you want to visit.
Two hours, live, and you leave with your own command center and the kit for your world.
