Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage membership (in the menu under your avatar, on this page or in Settings) and cancel in two clicks. You keep everything you've paid for until the end of the current month or year, then your account goes back to Free. Nothing is charged after that.
What’s the difference between HMA Plus and The Grove?
HMA Plus opens the whole academy: every gig on the Giggregator, the Treasure vault, the resource library and the member directory. The Grove is the game on top: an avatar, Lumi, quests, Studio Link and the Sacred Grove, turning every session, bounce and release into progress. Every Grove plan includes HMA Plus, and Patron includes both.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from Manage membership (Stripe's customer portal). Move between monthly and yearly, or between Plus, The Grove and Patron, and the change is prorated: the unused part of your current plan is credited toward the new one.
Is there a free trial?
The Grove and Patron come with a 3-day free trial for first-time members. HMA Plus has no trial: the free versions of the pages are your taste, with real gigs, real Treasure picks and a real guide from the library, so you know exactly what you're unlocking.
What happens to my stuff if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your profile, tracks, posts, messages, saved searches and Grove progress all stay in your account. The Plus features lock again, and everything is right where you left it when you come back.
What stays free?
Joining, your profile and tracks, courses, the forum and journal, messaging other members and posting for feedback are free for everyone, always.
How are payments handled?
By Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers. Receipts, invoices and your card are in Manage membership.
